MOVE Maryland is a series of high energy, exciting and inspiring virtual fitness classes that will get participants moving, and move Maryland forward. Participants sign on to raise $200 or more for their chosen nonprofit and on November 7 we'll come together as a community to MOVE for the cause. Maryland is stronger together! MOVE Maryland brings together area nonprofits and
supporters for a community event to support all of our important missions and amplify our voices.Together we can create one powerful voice for change.

MOVE Maryland will take place onlineĀ on Saturday, November 7 beginning at 9AM.
Participants who have met their $200 fundraising minimum will receive
a unique access code to view the workout sessions, energizing music, and
absolute abundance of inspiration.

Maryland is stronger together! MOVE Maryland brings together area nonprofits and supporters for a community event to support all of our important missions and amplify voices. Together we can create one powerful voice for change.

MOVE Maryland will take place online on Saturday, November 7 beginning at 9AM. Participants who have met their $200 fundraising minimum will receive a unique access code to view the workout sessions, energizing music, and absolute abundance of inspiration.
10AM 11AM EVENT DETAILSEvent Day Details Participants must be registered and meet the $200 fundraising minimum by noon
on November 6 to participate in the live event on November 7. However, if you meet
the fundraising minimum between November 6 at noon and November 14 you will
receive access to the recorded event and classes which can be accessed until
December 6.

MOVE Maryland is a virtual day of wellness to Move Maryland's Nonprofits forward. Participants sign on to raise at least $200 for their selected Maryland-based charity and on November 7 participants across Maryland will come together for a virtual day of wellness.

MOVE Maryland is a charitable event that benefits many Maryland-based nonprofits. The event is managed and executed by the Ulman Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Yes! All donations are 100% tax deductible.
The $200 fundraising minimum includes one login for all four virtual classes.
Fundraisers must meet the $200 minimum by November 6 to participate. They will receive fundraising tips and tools and reminders about their fundraising progress. If they don't meet their minimum they will not receive the link to participate and the funds raised will be retained and allocated to the partner nonprofit in the same way as other funds.
Any Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing in the state may join MOVE Maryland. To inquire about further details visit the Nonprofit Partner here section of our website and submit an inquiry.

      Charlotte N Jami Crist SPIN A Baltimore native, Darryll has been an athlete her entire life. From playing D1 college basketball to teaching spin and barre - fitness is her passion. She discovered barre just over 5 years ago, fell in love with the full body burn, and within a year became a certified instructor. Since then, she's taught at multiple studios around the downtown Baltimore area, spreading her love of barre with those who take her class. Get ready for a little sweat, some burn, and a lot of fun! INSTRUCTORS Darryll Peterson A Towson girl born and raised, Charlotte is a lover all of things health and wellness. Growing up as an athlete, Charlotte couldn't help but turn that passion into a career. A certified instructor in group fitness, barre, HIIT and more, Charlotte has worked at various studios in the Baltimore area. But don't be fooled by her tiny frame, she's dangerous in the barre room, bringing the burn, the shakes and a little bit of a dance party. Her passion led her to the University of Delaware where she played D1 soccer for four years. Shortly after graduation, Erin landed her dream job at Under Armour Headquarters which brought her to Baltimore. She discovered Tae Bo back home in Massachusetts when she was in high school and fell in love with the workout.       DJ Kopec Jami Crist SPIN Reese and Amanda Ashe, owners of Reflex Functional Fitness, have been part of the fitness industry in Baltimore for more than 15 years. Amanda as a former collegiate basketball player, marathoner, and a USA National triathlete, and Reese as a former collegiate wrestler, and Mixed Martial Artist.
